España Breaks is owned and operated by The Breaks Company (UK) Ltd; a UK-based, online marketing agency specialising in promoting self-catering accommodation across Spain and mainland Europe.
The first "Breaks" website was launched in March 2003 with Lanzarote Breaks as the pilot destination. Free to holidaymakers, the service is funded by advertising subscriptions from travel agents and property owners.
Our model is now well proven for attracting quality customers to holiday rental property and we achieve high occupancy rates for owners, at a much lower cost than traditional advertising methods.
With an average monthly audience of over 50,000 unique visitors (peaking at 65,000 in January-March), we have a proven track record for delivering results.
