Hi Linda

Phil and I thought we would drop you a line regarding our recent holiday, staying at Casa Toye, Mar Menor.

Firstly we would like to say how much we enjoyed our two week holiday in August, with temperatures reaching 38c, the air con was a dream. The house was wonderful, the Mar Menor beaches were breathtaking and the Polaris World Golf resort and facilities were first class. (including the reasonably priced on site supermarket!)

We had the boys with us and they were thrilled to bits with the house mainly because we had the lovely, clean, private pool, they had their own bedrooms and had a TV and video to watch. When we did eventually prise them out of their ‘new home’ they loved meeting up with other children at the main pool and enjoyed playing snooker in the bar in the evenings. Neither boys particularly like the beach (too much sand!!???) however, we couldn’t get them off the beach or out of the beautiful sea when we took them to Mar Menor beach. They even hired a pedalo and had a henna tattoo on their arm whilst Phil I watched on from the sun loungers whilst having a massage. Bliss!

The house was extremely well equipped and was everything you said it would be on your website however I feel the photos didn’t really do it much justice as it was far nicer than we were expecting.

I would also like to add (possibly for you to pass on to other renters) that we hired a car from Polaris World and found their service , like yours, second to none. We checked in with them at the airport when we landed and they told us the car was already at the house!! The taxi was waiting and they drove us to the door. We couldnt beleive it! The car WAS there waiting. When it came time to go home, they collected us in the taxi at the house and we handed them the keys to the car. – Excellent.

Ah well the tans have faded, the photo’s are displayed and the cases back in the attic, all that’s left to say is a million thanks to you for everything, your service, your attention to detail and the fact that you responded to all our silly queries. It is reasuring in this day and age to know that there are still companies out there ike yours that really do care and are honest and reliable.

Thanks for the return of the breakage deposit and finally, when can we book again for next year??

Hi Linda.

I would like to thank you, for such a wonderful Villa for our stay at the Polaris World Mar Menor golf Resort in Murcia. Murcia is somewhere I would love to live eventually and I am very impressed with the whole region. The Villa was very well appointed and very tastefully furnished with all the facilities you would wish for. The complex had everything including some excellent restaurants, gym and golf course and much more. I would happily recommend anyone who is visiting the Region of Murcia to stay at the Villa Casa Toye, they would not be disappointed. On a final note I would also like to express my thanks to your support staff, Ashley and Julie who were very helpful and very informative and gave an additional edge of feeling most welcome. Once again thank you and I look forward to retuning soon.
