A luxury villa with private swimming pool. Villa Azul sleeps 6 persons and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, patio area with pool and roof terrace with excellent views. The swimming pool is heated in the winter months.The Villa is in a private location yet close to all amenities.

The villa has recently been renovated and has a large sunbathing terrace and also a shaded terrace for when shade is needed, there is ample patio furniture and a BBQ for alfresco dining.

This modern villa is totally equiped with dishwasher, fridgefreezer, microwave etc and Sat TV.

The master bedroom has an en-suite and patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a further twin beded room and a third bedroom. A modern sperate shower room.

About Callao Salvaje, Tenerife

Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.

The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.

Owner's Tips...

A 5 minute drive to the Adeje golf course. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a bank within walking distance of this property.

Car hire recommended for day trips out etc, although with the pool at the villa and shops close by, car hire is not essential.
