A large, light and spacious villa, surrounded by mature gardens and shrubs. The moment you enter the grounds you have the feeling of complete seclusion and privacy. One cannot fail to be enchanted with the large patio and kidney-shaped pool, with its arched, Andalucian-style walling adorned with bougainvilleas and other flowering shrubs.
The main living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the same level as the patio and pool. The living room is very large, and at one end there is an attractive dining recess with a beautiful glass table. The comfortable lounge area has a fireplace, a dedicated TV area with digital television with English channels, video, hi-fi and DVD.
Outside there is a mature garden, walled patio, pool, BBQ, dining table/chairs, recliners, parking. Central heating is fitted for the cooler months.
The villa cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided - please bring your swimming towels.

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.
The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
