About the property

A lovely bright 1st floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms with a spectacular sea view, one of the best views on the complex. Spacious lounge with a bed settee making two single beds, TV with English channels, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, leading out to a delightful spacious balcony, ideal for al fresco eating with breathtaking sea views. Complimentary welcome pack provided on arrival, consisting of a bottle of wine, mineral water, tea, coffee, milk and sugar to start off your holiday! Games, books, buckets & spades & inflatables are all available to use.

A delightful open plan kitchen, where you can look out to the beautiful sea views, with fridge, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and breaksfast bar with bar stools. Spacious fitted bathroom with twin basins, bath, bidet and shower. Two delightful twin bedrooms, both with two single beds & the master bedroom has a fitted safe, large fitted wardrobes with plenty shelving and hanging space. The second bedroom has a free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers. A travel cot and high chair is available to use and a buggy if needed. Beach towels provided if requested.

The well kept complex offers three pools including a kiddies splash pool (very safe for toddlers), tennis court, pool bar, Cafe and restaurant and a brand new gym (daily rates 7 euros) & sports cafe. Extensive gardens and sunloungers around the pool leading to a private gate accessing the promenade. The complex is ideal for familes and couples, enjoying peaceful surroundings where you can totally unwind with access to all facilities just on the doorstep.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

Prices in euros from 350 - 420€ for two people. Please add £30 or 45€ per extra person per week.

A cot and high chair is available at £30 per week, includes linen.

A deposit of £100 or 150€ secures your booking and the balance payable on arrival. We offer a "meet and greet" service for 50€, includes pick up from the airport and taken back.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Las Coronas is a great place to unwind in a delightful tranquil complex with great restaurants, beaches and shops all within walking distance. Right outside the complex there are banks with cash machines, a supermarket just across the road, traditional Spanish tapas bars, English bars, excellent traditional restaurants, a currency exchange & gift shops are all right across the road from the complex. A newly completed Gym is now on the complex with saunas steam rooms and exercise classes.

The nearest beach (playa Bastian) is accessed through a private gate at the bottom of the complex along the promenade. Walk on further to discover more beaches, restaurants, shops and more.

The island's only golf course is only a 5 minute car journey or 15 minute walk away. A very family friendly club with a lovely restaurant and amazing greens, check out availability and green fees www.lanzarote-golf.com.

The Islands only water park is only a 5 minute drive away right next to the golf club or a taxi ride will cost you around 4 euros to get there.
