About the property

Very comfortable apartment for 4 people sharing. It has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and luxury kitchen with all modern amenities. There has been satellite television installed with English language channels as well as others.

There are 3 terraces. The smallest is used mainly for laundry, the second is situated just outside the lounge area and has a table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. The third terrace is off the kitchen and has a BBQ area with mountain views, 4 sun loungers, large table with possibility for 6 seats, and an outside shower. This terrace is very private for sun bathing.

The kitchen comes complete with everything needed including hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and utensils. There is also a Spar supermarket within a minutes walk with all of the necessary food stuffs needed.

The town has several very good restaurants but if you wish more then Puerto de Mogan is 5 minutes away. The apartment also has a secure underground garage space for your use.

About Puerto Mogan, Gran Canaria

This tasteful resort on the sheltered southwest corner of Gran Canaria enjoys a glorious year-round climate and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful sunny holiday. Puerto Mogan is a delightful combination of the original whitewashed fishing village nestling on the hillside which overlooks both the golden sandy beach and marina harbour below.

Nicknamed “Little Venice”, the resort has been carefully designed with a maximum of three levels to maintain its unique ambience. Behind the marina harbour, where yachts from the world over are moored, is a charming network of walkways and canals overhung with colourful tropical flowers and plants.

There is a wide choice of excellent restaurants, cafés and bars in Puerto Mogan, many overlooking either the beach or the harbour, and also a variety of shops, boutiques and a good supermarket.

Activities generally revolve around the water and apart from swimming and sunbathing include diving, fishing and yacht trips. You can take the glass-bottomed ferry to Puerto Rico and Arguineguin, although there is also a good local bus service and taxis are on hand at reasonable rates. There are also two major golf courses within easy reach of Puerto Mogan.

Owner's Tips...

This is set in a Canarian village so if you like the sound of 'normal' life while relaxing on your holiday then this is the place. Children playing in the street, old men playing board games etc... then this is the place and you are still only 5 minutes from the beach. Totally relaxing place to stay.

You can use the Golf course at Anfi Tauro and if you are a keen diver then there is a PADI school 5 minutes away at Club del Mar in Puerto de Mogan.
