About the property

Far from the busy Costas, in a beautiful tranquil setting, the 3,000sq foot villa with 5 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms (1 is poolside), part air-conditioning and its own pool is set in 6 acre fenced and gated grounds, planted with almond, olive and fig trees in a beautiful, unspoiled part of rural Spain yet is less than an hours drive from Alicante airport and many great beaches.

The panoramic views from the house extend across a valley of vines, wheat, olives and almonds. The house is situated in the internationally recognised wine producing area of Jumilla. The perfect location either for a relaxing holiday or to view local property for yourself.

The house used to produce its own wine until 12 years ago and the old bodega has now been converted into a large kitchen dining area still houses the original wine press.

The nearby towns of Jumilla and Pinoso have plenty of restaurants and bars for you to practice your Spanish and try all the fresh produce and tapas.

About Murcia, Costa Calida

Situated some 20 minutes drive off the coast, Murcia is a beautiful Spanish city, largely unaffected by tourism, so if you’re looking to discover the real Spain as opposed to tourism Spain, this would be a great place to stay. Murcia is an endearing city, where the sun reflects off the beautiful architecture and the locals are well known for the wine they produce.

Evenings can be spent in one of the many tapas bars, although there is a wide range of restaurants to choose from if you fancy a full candlelit meal.

The closest 18 hole golf courses are Club de Golf Altorreal in Molina De Segura and Alenda Golf close to Montforte del Cid both of which are just under a 30 minute drive from the house. The 3 courses in Villa Martin and club de golf Torre-Pacheco are each approximately an hours drive
