About the property

The penthouse apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard with two double twin bedrooms with ample storage, travel cot, hairdryers and a safe. Two bath/shower rooms one en-suite to main bedroom.

The lounge is spacious and well presented with sea views, it has three large sofa beds, a TV with Sky TV which includes channels BBC1 BBC2 and ITV, DVD, video and CD-player with a selection of videos,DVD's ,CD's, paperbacks and boardgames for your enjoyment. The dining area has a marble table and chairs and comfortably seats six. The recently fitted modern kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, ironingboard and a full range of crockery, cutlery, utensils and many more items.

The large private sun terrace with stunning sea views has patio furniture and sunloungers. There is direct access to the promenade stretching the length of Costa Teguise coastline.

Las Coronas has a large main pool and a childrens pool, sun terraces with sunloungers a pool bar serving drinks and snacks, restaurant, car hire, also there is a tennis court, gym & sports cafe. It is close to all amenities. Playa Bastian beach, Mini markets, restaurants, bars, taxi rank and bus stops are all within two minutes walk. Las Cucharas town centre and main beach can be reached by a lovely stroll along the promenade about 10 - 15 min walk or a 3 minute taxi ride approx 2 euro.

A welcome pack is provided for all guests which includes tea, coffee, milk , sugar and a bottle of water so you can enjoy your first cuppa in the apartment looking out at the beautiful view. There is also an information pack in the apartment which has all the information you need to help you have a really enjoyable relaxing holiday.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

“We have used this apartment on several occasions and have found it to be the best and most well equipped two bedroom accommodation in the area and excellent value for money. It is very convenient for local restaurants and bars almost on the doorstep. The rear entrance to the complex leads to a newly built promenade giving a pleasant stroll into the main part of the resort. We thoroughly recommend.””

“An attractive clean, well maintained, spacious apartment on a very attractive development. It's on the top floor, up 39 steps, so may not suit someone with a mobility problem. There is a spacious terrace with shading, chairs etc. The view to the sea is a compensation for the climb.
The development is a mile or so from the centre of Costa Teguise. A pleasant walk along the sea front. There is ample parking, and there are good bars and restaurants immediately adjacent, together with a bank and supermarket.
My wifwe and I thought it good value for money, and we wil certainly consider going back another year.”
