Ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, one queen size with en-suite bathroom and one twin. A separate shower/WC is also included. The apartment is fully equipped to a high standard for the discerning self catering vacation, including leather lounge suite seating 5 and dining facilities for 6 if you invite guests.
For your comfort air-conditioning is installed plus there are ceiling fans. A colour TV is provided along with satellite and a video & DVD-player. A selection of films is available. Several books to enjoy are also available to read as you soak up the rays.
Outside sees two terraces, the first being tiled with a planted border, facing directly onto the pool area, just pop over for a cooling dip. The second terrace is directly off the 2nd bedroom and catches the morning sunshine, brilliant for that 'al fresco' breakfast. A couple of sunloungers as well as an outside table and chairs is available for your use to enjoy that extra special outdoor lifestyle.
Parking directly outside the property is also available at no extra cost.
Linen and towels (not beach towels) are included.
This apartment is set up as our 2nd home so have everything you could need for your holiday convenience.

The apartment is pre-cleaned for each booking and comes equipped with linen and towels.
Very Spanish locality yet has all the holiday amenities close by. Accessible from Almeria (45 mins), Murcia airports or Alicante (around 2 hrs). A good variety of restaurants around but we like a local Mexican. Local golf courses are Valle d'este and Desert Springs. Close to local beaches and a water park.
Puerto Rey is close to Garrucha, Vera and Mojacar each offering a different experience. Tabernas, scene of spaghetti westerns, is not far. Regular local markets are well worth a visit to have a good old mooch.

“The apartment it self was very good, right by the pool and with plenty of room.
The only problem is that if you want to go out for a meal and a drink, the 2 resorts of Garrucha and Mojaka ar a car ride away unless you are willing to use public transport.
The local commercial centre has been hit by recession and currently everything is closed except the supermarket and the internet cafe and bar.
However, an ideal holiday if you want to laze around the pool or beach and totally chill out.”
