About the property

Unique private beach house with direct access to the beach only meters away. Relax hearing the waves from the elevated balconies offering panoramic views towards Furteventura.

The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with it's own patio, boasting a super king size bed with en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and a further room with a double bed .

Large contemporary living room, offering stunning sea views and a plethora of artwork and sculptures. TV with skybox, showing the Standard English channels, but you can bring your Sky card to get a better selection, DVD player, and hi-fi. The Large bright modern kitchen has granite worktops, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher fridge, freezer, washing machine, etc.

Bellow the house there is a studio, you enter the studio through a hallway with its own front door off which there is shower and toilet and a twin bedroom. This offers an opportunity for two other guests, from the main party to have independence. This studio is only ever let with the main house.

Outside there is a barbecue leading on the main patio for al-fresco dining whilst the sun goes down.

Balconies have many seats, sun lounges and pergolas offering shade. Enjoy the sea breeze and watch the kids in the sea!

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Situated in the San Antonio district, the best restaurants, bars, and shops are literally meters away from this highly sought after location.

Remember to bring your binoculars in case the dolphins or whales visit.
