Villa Stephanie is situated on Los Calamares, an extremely sought after area of Playa Blanca due its closeness to the beach, shops and restaurants, all just a 5 minutes stroll away!
It has 4 spacious and beautifully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan . The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. The 4th bedroom is smaller and therefore has full size wooden bunk beds which are ideal for smaller children but can also comfortably accommodate adults.
The villa has 2 washrooms: A large family bathroom which has both a bath and a walk in shower with wash hand basin and W.C. The spacious shower room is en-suite to the master bedroom, and also has wash hand basin and W.C. For your convenience 2 Hairdryers are supplied.
The lounge area is modern, light and attractive It comfortably seats 8 people and has a dining area to the side. Satellite TV system with CD/DVD surround sound stereo system is installed.
The modern separate kitchen is fully fitted/equipped with full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and board.
Patio doors lead out to the large 8 x 4 meter pool, which is gated (for child safety) and is both beautiful and practical if you are on holiday with young children. The large family swimming pool is fully solar heated, and, if required, can also be electrically heated during the cooler months (ask for details.)
No extra charge for use of travel cot, highchair and pool alarm.
The villa is fitted with an indoor safe, an intruder alarm and has outside security lighting.
All linens and towels are provided and welcome packs of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water and biscuits are complementary.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Los Calamares is a prime and much sought after holiday area of Playa Blanca, close to both town and beach!
Playa Blanca is known for it's 3 beautiful beaches, Playa Flamingo, perfect for young families, Playa Dorada, excellent for those that enjoy water sports, and our nearest beach in the town, a white beach from which Playa Blanca gets its name! Also, the world famous Papagayo Beaches are close by and are well worth a visit!
There are many local activities, which include; scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, horse riding, go karting and paintballing, as well as some fantastic themed nights out! http://www.ranchotexaslanzarote.com/
There is a golf course in nearby Costa Teguise, http://www.lanzarote-golf.com and in Tias which is closer still, for those keen golfers!
Car hire is reasonably inexpensive, and is a great way to see more of the island, Inc. The Timanfaya Fire Mountains, Jameos Del Agua, Mirador Del Rio, Guinate Tropical Park and the fantastic Water Park at Costa Teguise. More information about these on our personal website.
Hi, I am Susan James. I am married, have 3 children (2 grown up) and live on the sunny island of Lanzarote. My husband, Paul, and I have been here for 7 years now and we also work on the island as entertainers. We have been managing our own and other peoples properties for 5 years now and have met some wonderful people many of whom have become repeat guests and in some cases great family friends. The all year round sunshine was a huge attraction for us as was the slower, relaxed pace of life. Lanzarote is well known for being spiritual and offers a peaceful and attractive landscape. There is much to see and do on the island and living here makes us easily available to you should you need our assistance whilst on your holiday.
We had our Villas Stephanie (and next door Villa Susanna) built when we first came to the island. We designed them as "home from home" so that you would immediately feel relaxed and settle into your well earned holiday break. They are situated on Los Calamares which is in Playa Blanca and is the closest residential community to the beach and town center. A sought after area due to its pretty and tranquil location. We are particularly pleased that we have a large 8 x 4 meter pool and that it is heated to be enjoyed every day of the year. The kitchen has everything you need if you like to prepare some of your own meals and the lounge is spacious enough for up to 8 guests to relax, watch TV and feel comfortable. The main bathroom is sizable with both a full sized bath and, like the en-suite shower room, has a walk in shower. Locally, there are a superb selection of restaurants and bars. My favourite area of Playa Blanca is the Rubicon Marina..the walk to.. the views.. and the eateries found there, as well as the Papagayo beaches, are well worth a visit!
We also own and manage several 1 bedroom bungalows in Puerto Del carmen and now (new for 2010) a 2 bedroom apartment in Tias, both of these locations are ideal for golfers, scuba divers and beach lovers.

“Superb villa, convenient for all amenities, shops and beach. Excellent communication with owners from start to finish. On arrival the villa was very clean and welcoming even with tea, coffee and biscuits provided which was a pleasant surprise. I was happy to see that there was a large supermarket just a few minutes walking distance and so daily visits were easy and quick. The pool was wonderful, clean and warm, the children had so much fun and we were able to keep a close eye as you can see the pool from the lounge and terrace. Loved the large BBQ!! We will be back in next year, can't wait!!! Prompt return of our security deposit was most appreciated. Would recommend this villa and its location without hesitation.”

“All the websites we looked at that featured this villa led us to believe that it was a luxury getaway. We were not disappointed.
The villa was indeed just a five minute walk away from everything you can possible need - cafes, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
On arrival we found the villa immaculate. Everything was spotless. All equipment was working. The pool was maintained at a lovely temperature and cleaned twice in the week we were there (very nice chap)! In fact, to complete our stay, the only things we had to buy were food and a small amount of wine!
Playa Blanca was very, very quiet (not a bad thing). Prices on drinks varied but food was reasonable and very good. All areas of Playa Blanca were immaculate - no time share touts, street sellers or even people bullying you into eating in their restaurants - these are not allowed!
We would definitely stay at this villa again...maybe quite soon!”
