This is one of the few front line properties with undisturbed views of the sea and harbour, from the patio and upstairs balcony. Private heated pool as well as access to the large communal pools including kids pool.

Property is over two floors with a bathroom and toilet on each. The kitchen appliances are top quality with granite work surface and breakfast bar. Dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Sony Playstation 2. High chair, cot and sterilizer. All beach and bathroom towels supplied.
A private heated kidney shaped pool is included and is 7.4 long * 3.7m and depth ranging from 1.3-1.75m. There is substantial a tiled sunbathing area. There are tables for dining both inside and outside. Safe and barbecue.

Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.
The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.
Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.
The property is situated within the Fuerteventura Golf Secure Complex and right next to the 2nd Golf course on the Island too. Spanish Open was recently held at the course.
Glen and Helen own 2 properties in the Fuerteventura Golf Course complex in Caleta de Fuste. We first visited the island in 2004 and made our first purchase then. We liked the area so much we purchased Villa Alexander in 2006. We have been the sole owners of both properties.
We have steadily grown our bookings over the time we've owned the properties and have very few weeks free now each year. This is due to good customer service and putting the right things in the properties without charging extras. Our prices are also very keen!
We strived to find the best properties in the two locations of the golf course in which we own. In La Colina where we own villa Angelina, we bought the only front row property left, which had great views of the sea and harbour. Not only this but because it was the south side of the duplex it gets the sun all day- which is very imortant. Additionally it had the largest garden area of any of the La Colina properties, which we used to include a private heated pool. So views, sun and heated pool- no other property on La Colina has these three!
Villa Alexander is of 10 of the largest villas in the complex. Its built over 1 and a half plot sizes. We found other 3 bedroom villas and 4 bedroom villas simply too small in the rooms. So we opted for the best. We were the first to choose a plot in the Descanso area so we believe we chose not only the best plot by size and orientation of the villa, but by views of the golf course and best hours of sunlight. We were the first to install 'no-mow' grass on Fuerteventura, let alone the golf course, which provides a safe and hygenic play area for toddlers. We pride ourselves on adding items to the properties which we feel clients will want to use time and again. There's a great table football table of high quality build which shows the standards we've strived to attain, which you can see in all the furnishings of our properties.

“We had a fab holiday 2 weeks of pure relaxation. Weather very hot with a cooling breeze, plenty of good restaurants in the nearby resort which was a 20 - 25 minute walk or a taxi which would cost about €4. Supermarket very well stocked although a little expensive. Our villa was fabulous, it was exactly the same as you see in the photographs. It was beautiful, the pool was clean and heated which was fab. Plenty of sunloungers, lovely table and chairs to sit in the shade. Fab holiday 10/10!!!!”
