About the property

Casa Maria is a fabulous 2 bedroom villa with it's own private heated pool, situated in the exclsive Las Coloradas with stunning mountain views. Close to the wonderful Papagayo beach.

The spacious open plan living area has patio doors to both aspects of the large terrace. A fully fitted kichen/dining area. There is a shower over the bath, a main bedroom with double bed,bedside tables,clockradio and lamp.The second bedroom has two single beds,bedside table and lamp. Both have wardrobes.

There is a very comfy double sofa bed in the living room with two armchairs, TV and satellite with channel 4 & 5, Sky 3 & news, 2 movie channels, various music channels, and radio 1, 2, 3 & 4, a DVD player with a selection of films. There is also a games console with games. Plenty of reading books and family games and puzzles.

We have a utility area with washing machine and clothes line, an iron and ironing board. Also a safe.

Outside there are table and chairs, sunbeds, outside lighting and a BBQ.

Just across the road from the villa is a children's playground, a great sports bar, cafe, shops, restaurants and 5 star hotels should you need evening entertainment.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

Lunch or dinner at the Rubicon Marina is a 20 minute stroll along the prom. The coves around papagayo beach.
