About the property

A 4 seater jacuzzi / hot tub is steps from the 11m private pool. Also a games room is available with a 6ft pool table, darts, table football , TV, DVD and a PS2. New rent a 3G Broadband USB modem for use with your laptop plug & play! E mail for rental details.

Now onto the property, which is a place to relax & unwind situated in Oasis de Nazaret, Lanzarote. The large luxury villa (the internal size is 400msq pls compare) is detached and is on 2 floors & has been built & furnished to a very high standard – a home away from home. It will accommodate up to eight people. Ample ground floor accommodation makes the villa suitable for guests who have difficulty with steps. The villa is set in gardens with a large heated swimming pool with table , chairs loungers,a terrace ( large enough for al fresco dining), and also a first floor sun terrace. The property is walled for privacy and security.

Villa Antonio comprises of a living room, with 3 comfortable leather sofas, 32" LCD TV, satellite TV, DVD (and even an IPod speaker cube), a dining room which comfortably seats eight people, a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, full oven, grill, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher, in fact everything you need for a relaxing holiday

Two double bedrooms, both have a TV & DVD player to watch that movie in bed, one en-suite walk in shower room on the ground floor and two twin bedrooms, one on the ground floor with adjacent walk in shower room and one on the first floor with bath / shower room nearby. Both ground floor bedrooms have patio doors leading onto the terrace

On the first floor there is a large furnished sun terrace, partly covered. At ground floor level, there is a furnished terrace where you can dine with space for up to 8 people, from which there is access by five steps to the heated pool, sunbathing area and barbecue. The 4 seater "Artic Spa" hot tub/jacuzzi is steps from the pool.

For parents with young children, a locked gate can limit access to the pool area.

About Oasis de Nazaret, Lanzarote

Oasis de Nazaret is a village in the country, set on a hillside overlooking the sea & mountains. Its central position makes it ideal for exploring Lanzarote and the beaches, golf course, restaurants and the airport are only a short drive away.

The famous "Lagomar" restaurant, designed by César Manrique is a must for anyone wanting a delicious gourmet meal. The building is famous for once being owned by Omar Sharif. There is a small well-stocked supermarket in the village and a new hypermarket and bakery a few minutes drive away.
