About the property

Mobile home in a private olive grove Just outside the historic town of Tortosa. The mobile home is quite large and has 3 bedrooms. 1 double and 2 singles. 1 of the twin rooms also has a pull down bunk for smaller children. Separate shower room and toilet.

Full sized kitchen with fridge and small freezer, cooker with oven, and fully equipped. Good sized lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table, gas fire, TV, DVD player,and a fan for the hotter months.

Outside there is a large terrace facing the pool. The whole property is covered by a wooden gazebo to provide shade and help keep the mobile home cool in the summer months. On the terrace are table and chairs for outside dining plus a large BBQ with built in seating. Just 10 steps away is the large swimming pool and terrace complete with sun beds and umberellas. There is also a private sunbathing terrace for those who dont want white strap marks.

The property has its own driveway with lockable gates, and parking beside the mobile home. There are 4 acres of land for children to play in. The owners home is on site, far enough away for privacy, but handy if you need anything, or want to know how to get somewhere.

PortAventura theme park is just 1 hour drive away. Local shops and supermarkets 10 mins drive away.The river Ebro very close by. Private fishing trips can be arranged on the river. Mountains just behind, with many lovely typical spainish villages.
