About the property
Hollywood Heights is beautifully located, in a quiet residential area that the locals call 'Beverley Hills'. You are five to ten minutes walk from the exceptionall beautiful beaches of Costa Calma, as well as the shops, bars and restaurants.
The detached villa is exclusive and private, surrounded by 12 foot walls. There is a new swimming pool and a separate spa jacuzzi. The 4 bedrooms (one with en-suite) can be made into triple rooms if necessary. The fully equipped kitchen contains a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker and hob, microwave etc.
Outside there is an undercover living/dining area which is very relaxing. There is parking, for 3 vehicles behind the large gates inside the villa.

About Costa Calma, Fuerteventura
Costa Calma is situated roughly 45 minutes drive from Puerto del Rosario airport on the south of the island and is a popular choice for families. It has miles of golden sandy beaches which attract windsurfers and other watersports fans. The resort has plenty to occupy visitors of all ages, plus there is a wide choice of bars and restaurants of all nationalities.
