About the property
An absolutely beautiful apartment, situated in the Old historic centre of Barcelona. The inside of this property forms an enormous contrast with the surrounding environment. From the outside the streets are narrow and give a more or less historic image to the Sant Pere Mitja street. The building in which the apartment is situated is completely renovated and restyled from the inside.
Here you will find all the comfort and luxury you may need during your holiday. The sleeping facilities are 5 and consist out of a bigger bedroom with a double bed, and a smaller bedroom with one individual bed. And the double sofa bed is situated in the living room.
The luminous living quarter is filled with comfortable furniture to sit down and eat and also a television and stereo equipment. The modern kitchen disposes of a washing/drying machine. With the climate regulator you can adjust the circumstances to your own liking: hot during the winter or a cold breeze during a sultry summer night. The nice bathroom with jacuzzi makes this apartment complete.
Together with the apartment you can find a really nice terrace with flowers and plants and furniture to sit on and relax after a long day sightseeing in Barcelona.

The price is per night for the apartment and includes towels and linen. A final general cleaning at the end of your stay. Each reservation is charged with an additional 50€ administration costs. The prices does not include the service of offering an extra bed for an additional person. Nor does it include special requests. (e.g. baby beds etc.) The minimal rental nights are 4. When the client decides to arrive after 22:00 we have to calculate 50€ extra. This is also the case on Spanish National Holidays and some Catalan Holidays.
About Barcelona, Barcelona Province
Known to many as Spain's second city, Barcelona is the capital of the Catalan nation. One of the great aspects about this city is choice. Whether it's choosing somewhere to eat, boutiques to shops in, or what building to admire first, the list is endless. Another winning point for visitors to Barcelona is it's a city with beaches. So you can alternate your days between sightseeing and some essential sunbathing. There are more than 4km of golden, sandy shores that are packed with activities and palm trees.
For those wanting to visit as many sights as possible, it may be advisable to buy a guidebook beforehand and plan an agenda. If you want to visit some museums, the first Sunday of the month is a good time to visit as the museums run by the City Council have free entry. These include the City History, the Ceramics and Textile and the Picasso Museums.
Owner's Tips...
In the heart of the Old city, situated in one of those little historic streets, which were there from the beginning when Barcelona wasn’t yet a big European Metropolis. Nearby (all within walking distance) you will find many things worthwhile visiting: The Picasso Museum, The Parc Ciutadella, the Big Cathedral and of course the world-famous promenade: The Rambla. But before reaching those you have to find your way through all the charming streets and squares of the gothic area. Each street with it’s own specific character and awkward shops.
Of course there are also sufficient accommodations for those who rather spend there time eating in a typical Spanish restaurant or have a good laugh in one of the many bars. The neighbourhood Borne, famous for its nightlife is within very short distance.
Being situated in the centre of town, you will have most activities worthwhile seeing and visiting at close hand. For visiting other parts of town (e.g. the architectural pieces of the Catalan mastermind Gaudi) you will be very well connected with the Barcelona metro-net. The nearest metro station is at 400 meters and is one of the main stops (L1, Arc de Triomf).
