About the property
This is a newly built three bedroom, two bathroom town house, only about 5 minutes walk to Burriana beach and 15 minutes walk into town. Burriana beach offers you a wide choice of bars, cafes and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket which is open on Sundays. There is also a good selection of water sports available in the warmer seasons.
The property is entered through a small wrought iron gate. Go down three steps into a large patio area which receives the sun in the morning. There is a patio table and chairs here for you to enjoy your breakfast al fresco!
The lounge with dining area is of good size, with comfortable seating and good quality furniture. The TV receives English channels. There is a heater for the cooler months and a fan for the warmer months. The large French windows open onto a covered patio with new patio furniture and sun loungers, overlooking the communal pool. This receives sun in the afternoon giving the choice of sun or shade all day. The dining area has dining table and chairs and there is a large arch shaped hatch to the kitchen.
The kitchen is accessed from the hall through an attractive archway and is well fitted with electric oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The master bedroom is a large double room with fitted robes bedside tables and lamps and French doors leading to patio which overlooks the communal pool. There is a freestanding fan for the warmer months and it has a fully tiled bright ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, bidet, wash hand basin and wc.
There are two further twin bedrooms, one with fitted robes, both with bedside tables and lights and a further bathroom which is fully tiled and has a bath with shower over, bidet, wash hand basin and wc.

About Nerja, Costa del Sol
Another popular resort on the Costa del Sol, Nerja is situated to the east of Malaga. The fantastic beach with its golden sand is a huge bonus, and over the years this old fishing town has transformed into a lively holiday destination. You can visit the nearby caves that are a few kilometres outside the town, or see the famous “Balcon de Europa” in the historical part of the town.
As is common on the Costa del Sol, outside living is big. If you want to eat out every night, you can. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants offering both traditional and international cuisine. What better way to walk a meal off than by wandering round the narrow parts of the old town and imagining how it used to look years ago.
