About the property

Villa Eva is a new linked house with lovely modern furniture in the new residential area of L'Estartit, Oeste about 700m from the beach.

This house can sleep 5 to 7 persons. It has 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and balcony, and the other room with bunk beds for 2 and a single bed. This is ideal for families with children. Furthermore there is a bedsettee in the living/dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a 2nd toilet.

From its small private garden you have direct access to the communal pool and there is a private parking place in front of the house.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.

However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
