About the property

Villa Moralito is privately owned and maintained with a private pool in its own walled grounds.

Ideally suited to couples, the villa has a lounge, kitchen, spacious bathroom and large master bedroom with ample wardrobe space.

The lounge and dining rooms open out on to the heated private pool. To the back of the Villa there is a separate BBQ area and shaded terrace.

Situated on El Parque del Rey, Villa Moralito is a 10 minute walk to the harbour and just a further 5 minutes to the main shopping street with three supermarkets.

Maid service is once per week. Poolside towels are included as well as bathroom towels.

Travel cot and high chair can be provided.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

Close by is the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach with Playa Dorada a short ride away.

Enjoy shopping and a meal at the fabulous new Marina Rubicon. Try snorkelling and sheltered swimming in the natural harbours of the Papagayo National Reserve.

While car hire is not essential we would recommend that you consider hiring a car to take advantage of all the Island has to offer.
