Limon is in a private, quiet and elevated position on the mountainside above Jalon town with fantastic panoramic views over the Jalon Valley. The apartment is the lower floor of a private villa on the edge of a small development in a cul-de-sac position, hence is peaceful with no passing traffic and is not overlooked.
The villa apartment is on the same level as a magnificent freeform shaped swimming pool of some 10 x 5 metres which is for the exclusive use of Limon's guests. The view of the Jalon Valley across to the Sierra Bernia mountains is truly glorious.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin, spacious shower room, open plan living area with kitchen and breafast bar, satellite TV showing UK terrestrial stations and Sky Movies/Sports channels.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. Spacious shower room with wc. A sofa bed in the lounge will sleep 1 person.
Kitchen area of open plan living room is well-equipped with a cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, breakfast bar and stools.
Sitting room with two sofas, TV with 20 digital satellite television channels including UK terrestrial channels, Sky Movies and Sports, ceiling fan.
The fabulous 10 x 5 metre freeform swimming pool is for exclusive use of Limon's guests. Large pool terrace at apartment level with sunloungers, dining furniture, parasol, gas BBQ.
The owners live in the upper part of the villa which is separate and quite private from the apartment. They walk across the pool terrace only to access their accommodation via a staircase. The owners offer exclusive use of the pool and pool terrace to guests which we think is a fantastic opportunity for the smaller family at a great price.
A welcome pack of wine, water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toilet tissue and soap is provided.

Rental includes a full clean before your arrival and linen/towels. For bookings of 2 weeks, the owners provide a linen and towel change after 1 week.
Limon's owners will meet you on arrival and show you around the apartment.
Refundable security damages deposit of £100 is payable in addition to the rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of departure by BACS transfer once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.
25% of rental as deposit will secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.
Arrival and departure days are flexible.
We can accept payment by credit card.
Nearest shops, bars, restaurants, wineries, banks, internet cafes, in Jalon town, 3 minutes by car. Large choice of country restaurants within the Jalon Valley villages, 10 minute drive radius, all offering fabulous Menu del Dia 3 course menus including local wine from around 10 euros/£7 per person. Jalon town has its famous Saturday morning Rastro market on the river bank.
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).

“A most fantastic villa with a view to die for. The pool was amazing and the villa was well equipped with everything you'd need to cook, BBQ and entertain.
Anne and Margaret were very friendly, helpful and always on hand if we needed them. There was plenty in the area to do, especially with the children. There was a supermarket nearby and the local beaches were amazing.
If you never go anywhere else again, you must go here, we're already looking at flights for next year!
