The spacious accommodation consists of a large living room, a kitchen / dining room, two bedrooms each with marble en-suite bathroom, two terraces, guest cloakroom and a storage area for golf clubs, luggage etc.

In addition to comfortable and stylish designer furnishings throughout, there is a 42" flatscreen plasma screen with UK satellite TV including all Sky sports and movies (as well as Spanish TV), DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books and magazines.
There is also a surround sound system and high speed broadband internet access and computer printer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine / dryer, dishwasher and expresso coffee maker.

The 2 bedrooms, each with marble en-suite bathroom have 2-metre length beds, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, goosedown and feather pillows and duvet and are well provided with storage space in built-in cupboards.

An enormous 84m2 terrace with stunning views overl the 13th fairway and green of the San Roque old course provides a lovely location in which to relax, with sunloungers, outdoor dining table, and a 2m circular "chill-out" bed for sunbathing!

Another destination famous of golf!

Sotogrande is an exclusive residential development with hotels and private villas to rent. As well as three golf courses, this area is popular for polo and if you stay during the summer months, you can’t miss one of the many tournaments that are held at weekends. Sotogrande also has a beautiful marina, a few local shops and 24-hour security. The nearest town is Estepona, so many visitors would probably benefit from hiring a car.

Residents are welcome to make use of the San Roque club facilities including two championship golf courses, the equestrian centre, tennis courts, pools, restaurants and bars.

5 minutes drive: Pueblo Nuevo village with shops, large supermarket, French bakery and care and numerous restaurants.

Within one hour: fascinating historical British colony on the Rock of Gibraltar; fashionable coastal towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus; laid-back 'hippy' town of Tarifa; historical Spanish port city of Cadiz; Jerez - the picturesque centre of the sherry industry with bodegas and wineries to visit as well as the world-famous Spanish riding school.
