The villa is situated on the famous Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort, currently 9 holes, the remaining 9 are due open in the future, along with a hotel and further facilities. The golf course is only available to people staying on the resort.
The resort centre is a short walk away (within 5 minutes walk), where you can find the very up market social centre, with communal pools, restaurant, bar, supermarket, hairdressers, medical centre.
Very tastefully furnished with beautiful furnishings, and everything you need to make your stay and enjoyable one.
Fully air-conditioned. Top level with doors leading out to private terrace. 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom. A further double room with en-suite bathroom. Separate shower room on the lower level. Hairdryer. Telephone for incoming calls (and outgoing calls on the resort only). Internet access.
Beautiful lovely leather sofa corner unit in the lounge. Dining area with seating for 6 satellite TV, DVD. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster.
Lovely patio furniture, table and 6 chairs. Private pool 7 x 3m, gas BBQ.
Walking distance (within 5 minutes) to social centre with bar, restaurant, terraces, communal pool supermarket.

£200 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.
£150 refundable security deposit is required, which will be refunded within one week of return subject to any damage.
Passport numbers of all persons travelling will be required.
This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.
La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.
If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.
Los Alcazares is 5 minute drive. Torre Pacheco with a host of restaurants and bars is just 2km away, just nice for an evening stroll. The historic naval Puerto of Cartagena with its Marina is only a 20 minute drive.
Murcia, the capital of the region is a 30 minute drive.
