About the property

Very tastefully furnished with beautiful furnishings, and everything you need to make your stay and enjoyable one.

Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge. Top level with doors leading out to private terrace. 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom, a further double room with en-suite bathroom. 1 double sofa bed in lounge. Separate shower room on the lower level. Hairdryer provided.

Beautiful sun lounge with furniture and doors leading to private garden and pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster. Dining area with seating for 6. TV, DVD and video player.

Private pool with roman steps and terraced area (6 x 3 metres). Garden furniture and sun loungers and BBQ.

Walking distance within 10 minutes to social centre with bar, restaurant, supermarket,terraces, supermarket.

Telephone for incoming calls and outgoing calls on the resort only.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit will also be required.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

About Polaris World Mar Menor

The Stunning Mar Menor Golf Resort is situated in the municipality of Torre Pacheco. It's superb location and beauty are second to none. For a family day on the beach, the Mar Menor (Valencia's 'Little Sea') is Europe's largest saltwater lagoon. Being quite shallow, this delightful lagoon is around 5°C warmer than the rest of the Mediterranean & offers an especially suitable attraction for children. Los Alcazares = 5 minute drive Torre Pacheco with a host of restaurants and bars is just 2km away, just nice for an evening stroll. The historic naval Puerto of Cartagena with its Marina is only a 20 minute drive.

Murcia, the capital of the region is a 30 minute drive. The resort centre is a short walk away (within 10 minutes walk), where you can find the very up market social centre, with communal pools, restaurant, bar, supermarket, hairdressers, medical centre… Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive, with Murcia San Javier only 7 miles. The villa is situated on the famous Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort, currently 9 holes, the remaining 9 are due open in the future, along with a hotel and further facilities. The golf course is only available to people staying on the resort.
