About the property

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor pool facing apartment situated on a prestigious gated complex with superb facilities, ranging from bike tracks, tennis courts and it's very own private beach.

1 double and 2 twin rooms and 2 bathrooms. Open living area and dining with seating for 6 and a double sofa bed, TV and DVD.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Shared swimming pool - less than 2 mins walk. Patio with out door furniture and as well as gas BBQ.

All linen and towels included except beach towels. A travel cot is also available.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

15 July - 5 Sept	£500 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
6 - 30 Sept	£450 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
Nov - March	£300 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
Xmas, New Year, Easter	£400 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit is also due.

Passport details of all members travelling will be required.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.
