About the property

This very spacious villa (approx 1000m2), situated on Camposol Golf Sector A, is superbly located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Villa Butler benefits from 3 twin rooms, 3 bathrooms, one with bath, 2 with showers, and a lovely large private pool (10 * 5m). It has a lovely covered BBQ eating area, as well as huge terracing for spacious sun bathing! The villa benefits from high walls in a secure established plot.

All three bedrooms are on the ground level, with the 3rd bedroom has seperate access to the main villa. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave and fridgefreezer.

Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge).

Murcia and Alicante airport, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

1 July - 5 Sept	£650 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will be required.

Passport details of all members travelling will be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

Owner's Tips...

Camposol Golf lies on the Costa Calida, with many fine beaches. It has many surrounding typical Spanish villages and towns. You can catch the train from the picturesque town of Totana, into Murcia, which takes 20 minutes.

Mazarron Town, with banks and little shops and restaurants, as well as the markets, is just 10 minutes drive.

The pretty little seafront of Puerto de Mazarron is a further 5 minutes drive, with an esplanade lined with tapas bars and restaurants and little boutiques, as well as a small marina.

Mucia airport is 1 hour, and Alicante is 1 hour and 10 minutes.

18 hole golf course and driving range, International golf hotel and golf club. Fantastic views, flamenco evenings and occassional evening entertainment with dinners at golf club house.

Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for approx 10 euros. Indian, Spanish, pizza, Asian, Steak House and Chinese restaurant on site (all within walking distance).

Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall

Thermal and tropical pool at the golf hotel (fed by natural springs 500 metres due to open in the future). Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches (within a 15 minute drive).
