About the property

This beautiful typcial Spanish Andalucian style rural house it situated in one of the oldest lanes of the village on Monachil. It is very typical where the families built another level to accomodate family.

There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a smaller kitchen too and a superb roof terrace, with fantastic views over Granada.

Lower level - there is a family room with 3 single beds. There is also a lounging area on this level and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Upper level - there is a large family bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds and small terrace. Two further futher twin bedrooms, one again with a small terrace. There is a further small kitchen, living area and bathroom with corner bath.

Top level - large roof terrace, table and 11 chairs in total, veiws of the Sierra Nevada mountains from one side and Granada from the other..

Sleeps 11 persons.

Granada airport is 20 minutes away.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 9 people sharing.

All Year	£650 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About Granada, Inland Andalucia

Venturing into the city of Granada itself, you will see how the area is dominated by the La Alhambra, the palace built by the Moors. It stands at the top of the Sabika Hill, the highest point in the city. A visit here may take the best part of a day, giving you plenty of time to take in the splendour of the architecture.

However Granada has plenty more to offer, the main shopping area can be found in the city centre, here you will find a mix of modern clothes shops along with shops selling traditional Granada crafts, such as pottery and inlaid wood. There is a good choice of café's and bars as well as restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

Casa Maria is superbly located just 5 miles from the centre of Granada, and 35 minutes drive around the mountain to the ski lift at Sierra Nevada. There are many fine restaurants and shops within Monachil that you can walk to, as well a a great supermarket just 2/3 minutes drive, selling fresh fish, meat, and a huge selection of wine.

The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk from the house , and this takes you into the centre of Granada for 95 cents. There is a new theme park opened with a 26 lane ten pin bowling alley, and games area, as well as American, Mexican, Turkish, Spanish, Pizza and Italian Restaurants. This is just 10 minutes drive from the apartment.

This area is also well known for mountain biking
