This lovely 2 bedroomed apartment at Paraiso de la Bahia offers perfect holiday accommodation on a very pleasant and peaceful development close to the excellent Casares Beach. The development benefits from 2 large pools, 2 children’s pools, a play area and spacious tropical landscaped gardens.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a good sized living/dining room with patio doors onto a large terrace. Satellite TV with the free to view channels along with a DVD player and music centre are installed in the lounge.
The modern fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob with a powerful extractor fan, microwave oven/grill and of course, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots and pans, crockery and glassware etc. A door opens from the kitchen onto the small front garden.
The master bedroom boasts a double bed, which can be converted into twin beds if required, a full en-suite bathroom and access through sliding patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and in addition there is a further family bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample built in storage space along with plenty of linen and towels for four people.
The large 22 sqm terrace faces southwest onto an avenue of trees, it is well equipped with patio furniture and a delightful place for al fresco dining.
For guests added comfort a portable air conditioning unit has been installed in the apartment.
Paraiso de la Bahia has four lovely swimming pools, 2 large and 2 for children, in addition to which the superb Casares Beach is close to hand, just a five minute walk away and here there is an excellent chiringuito, beach bar, where you can sit in the sun or the shade and enjoy a long cold drink or sample their excellent fresh fish and other dishes.

Bearing in mind the population triples in the peak times of the year, Estepona is a classic example of how you can welcome tourism without spoiling a town. Estepona is a charming old town with narrow twisty streets of two storey whitewashed houses, a great range of shops and pleasant plazas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal. It remains a very Spanish town with almost no English pubs or souvenir shops.
On the waterfront Estepona Marina has a fantastic range of boats to admire, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to lounge in. There are three beaches to choose from, all of which offer a good range of watersports.
In the town there are four museums and many archaeological sites to see and as well as colourful parks and gardens. Wonderful parades and celebrations take place particularly January 5th; early May; July Feria; August 15th & New Years Eve. Estepona is a truly delightful place to stay and enjoy "real" Spain.
Paraiso del la Bahia is located less than 10 minutes from the delightful seaside town of Esteponaand about five minutes from the up and coming resort of Sabinillas. Between the two you will be spoilt for choice for excellent shops, bars and restaurants. Also close by is the pretty Port of Duquesa and it goes without saying that there is a first class choice of golf courses in the area.
Going inland you will come to the picturesque village of Casares and beyond that to Gaucin, In fact Andalucia as a whole has many wonderful towns,villages and interesting places to explore.
