About the property
This air-conditioned/heated apartment is only three years old, and is only 100 yards from the beach in Penoncillo near Nerja.
It comprises two bedrooms, one with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, book case, with en-suite shower room toilet etc. Hair dryer supplied. The other with twin beds, storage shelves. An additional bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin, overhead mirror with light.
The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, juicer,washing machine, many cupboards and all cutlery, crockery etc. Ironing board and iron.
The large lounge opens onto the patio, which has table and chairs, a steamer chair, and views onto the farmland and hills. The lounge has a bed settee which sleeps two, arm chairs, dining table and four chairs, wall unit, TV, DVD, CD player, books.
There is off-road parking in front of the apartment block.

About Nerja, Costa del Sol
Another popular resort on the Costa del Sol, Nerja is situated to the east of Malaga. The fantastic beach with its golden sand is a huge bonus, and over the years this old fishing town has transformed into a lively holiday destination. You can visit the nearby caves that are a few kilometres outside the town, or see the famous “Balcon de Europa” in the historical part of the town.
As is common on the Costa del Sol, outside living is big. If you want to eat out every night, you can. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants offering both traditional and international cuisine. What better way to walk a meal off than by wandering round the narrow parts of the old town and imagining how it used to look years ago.
If you are looking for a holiday villa in Nerja there are many to choose from. There's a large selection of accommodation in Nerja catering for all party sizes and budgets.
Owner's Tips...
There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets in the area. The bus service runs outside the apartment and is only five minutes from Nerja. Prices are very cheap!
The famous caves of Nerja are a short bus ride away, also the traditional white town of Torrox pueblo.
The Monday market in Torrox Costa is only a 20 min. walk away, ideal for all your needs.ie. fruit, veg, traditional Spanish goods, inexpensive clothes etc!
