Our sea front villa on the La Platera estate is on the outskirts of Estartit. With a large communal swimming pool, magnificent views, only a few metres from the beach, this is an ideal holiday location.
The villa has its own private garden which leads into a communal garden from which there is direct access to the pool and beach. The swimming pool is large and well maintained with a good size separate childrens’ area.
No. 305 La Platera is a larger end of terrace villa for up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms, one of which contains a single bed and a double sofa bed, one with twin beds and the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom . There is a 2nd bathroom upstairs plus a further wc and washbasin downstairs. The main rooms overlook the beach and have magnificent sea views.
Equipment includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, satellite TV and washing machine. Patio doors lead onto a terrace with built in barbeque, sun loungers, table and chairs. Secure off road parking is available at the front of the villa where there is also a garage. The villa has central heating for out of season lets.
Although there are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants located in Los Griells, which is within a few minutes walk, La Platera is a good 20 minutes walk from the main resort and we feel transport is desirable for our clients to fully enjoy their holiday.

A returnable cheque £200 is required as a security deposit . This will be returned uncashed after villa is vacated.
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.

“My family and I have just recently returned from L'Estartit where we stayed at villa La Platera 305. . It was in a beautiful location justs yards from the beach. It has one of the largest gardens on the complex and is equipped with all the necessities. We had a little plumbing problem a few days into the holiday but a quick call to Norman and we had a plumber at our door in double quick time.The house was nice and clean. There were plenty games and pool toys available to use and also plenty books to read. The pool itself was great, really clean and not very busy. We often had it to ourselves. The walk along the beach into the town is lovely and takes 15min in the evening and we often took the little fun train back at night. We will definetly be back!!!”
