Villa Marisa, is a spacious 5 bedroom family villa with large private swimming pool, mature well kept garden and views across the Baix Emporda to the Mediterranean.
The property has air-conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. It is comfortably furnished and equipped for 9 persons. The master bedroom, en-suite bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. A single bedroom plus a further wc and washbasin are located on the ground floor of the house. 3 twin bedrooms (one of these has a balcony with sweeping panoramic views) and a shower room with wc and washbasin are on the first floor.
The living room and separate kitchen are both on the ground floor. A covered porch furnished for al fresco dining is outside the kitchen and overlooks the pool. The feature swimming pool is surrounded by a paved sun terrace. The garden is mature and well kept. In a quiet corner of the garden is an old fig tree offering shade for the afternoon Siesta.
Equipment includes satellite TV, wireless internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and free standing barbeque.
The garden is secure and the drive allows plenty of room for several cars. The Torre Vella Club with restaurant and bar is a short walk from the villa, but as the property is located some 3 kms inland, a car is required for the beach and town.

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
This villa is ideally located for a beach holiday and is within a couple of minutes drive of the beach & shops. The marina where the diving boats and marine excursions depart from is within a few minutes walk and there is a golf course within 10 minutes drive.

“We thought the accomodation was excellent for a family with the pool getting the highest mention, I would definately stay there again. The only down side was that there was nothing really within walking distance therefore a car is essential.”
