About the property

Al Andalus Thalassa apartment 9.1.04 was completed on 3rd August 2007 by the renowned developer Keymare.

The apartment is described as sleeping up to 5 however we can accommodate more as we have access to other apartments on the development for a possible combined booking. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite & 1 twin, 1 family bathroom, lounge & fully equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning. The apartment is fully equipped and ready for a comfortable relaxing holiday. The lounge has a sofa and sofa bed along with dining table and 4 chairs. For your entertainment there is satellite TV, DVD player and Playstation 2. There is a large SW facing three sectioned terrace with table and chairs and with a sea view.

Sports and beach equipment are provided as part of the package. There is a covered parking space for your hire car. The site is secure and has two outdoor swimming pools (open May-Sept) as well as two childrens splash pools. There is also a spa centre (open all year) incorporating an indoor swimming pool (open only Oct-Apr), Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, waterjet circuit, jacuzzis, gym and relaxation area. On site there is also a tennis court, two paddle tennis courts and a boules area. The development has a childrens playground & extensive gardens. Full use of all facilities are included within the price.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 5 people sharing.

May & June	£217 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

October	£168 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
November & December	£133 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

10% discount for bookings of more than 14 nights. Simply divide advertised rates by 7 to get a per night rate. 3 nights stay or less attracts a 15% additional cost.

£100 deposit payable upon booking with final balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. £125 security deposit repayable upon our agents post stay inspection.

Xmas period (23rd December to January 2nd) attracts a 25% premium to the above prices.
