About the property

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in situ on the stunning El Valle Golf Resort. Lovely private pool and eating area, very spacious for you to enjoy the Spanish summer days and evenings.

Casa Mourisca has a fully equipped kitchen with integrated oven and hob, Bosch appliances, washing machine, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with ice-maker.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and central heating is available for the winter months. Satellite TV giving over 50 channels, DVD player. Occasional table and 6 chairs, also WIFI access.

1 double en-suite bedroom with the en-suite having a beautiful double vanity unit, jacuzzi bath and shower, this bedroom has two single beds that can be zipped together. 2 spacious twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. All bed linen and towels includes, except beach towels.

BBQ and outside covered eating area, with stunning views of the mountains in the back drop. Private pool, set of golf clubs for your use (free).

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all.

San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive.
Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive.
Murcia City is 15 min drive.
Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
