Villa Helena, as well as its twin Victor, is located in La Oliva, Fuerteventura in a strategic point, being 10 minutes away from the Lakes of the Cotillo and 15 minutes from the great beaches of Corralejo.
Luxury villa, beautifully decorated and acclimated to create a comfortable, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere for our guests. Constructed on a spacious area and includes a wide porch with dining table and chairs, private swimming pool, which is heated at 22ºC from November to April each year, with sundeck with sunloungers, a parking for three cars and a garden area with native species of plants and an integrated barbecue as well as TV, video and DVD.
90 m2 built including a sitting room with dining table, two double bedrooms, one is an en-suite, separate kitchen connected with the porch and pool panoramic fully equipped including crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. and tea towels as well as dish cloths provided and two bathrooms with shower.
Cotton bed linen, anti-allergic eiderdowns and hand towels, bath towels and shower mats provided as well. We suggest our clients to bring their own beach towels. The garden is fenced offering maximum privacy to guests.

The villa will be fully cleaned for your arrival and an additional change of towels left for you if rental period is 2 weeks or more. We have found in the past that guests prefer not to be disturbed during their stay.
Any additional cleaning service will have a charge of 20 Euros per hour each.
Extra Towels change: 20 Euros each
Extra Linen change:40 Euros each.
Payable 'in situ'. Any of this services should be required at least 48h before.
This is not a maid service though and they will not wash up pots or items left in the sink.
Pets £100/each per week
Welcome pack £30 will include mineral water, milk, Nescafe coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam or marmalade, margarine/butter, ham slices, cheese, crisps and biscuits.
Cot and highchair free of charge.
This small town was once the capital of the island and home to several island officials and wealthy landowners. One can splendour at the sight of some of the old properties, including the Colonel’s House (Casa de los Coroneles), which have survived many hundreds of years. Close by is a Modern Arts Centre, showcasing some of the islands creative history, plus the Casa de la Cilla which is a small museum which was once a old granary.
Water sports are available near the beaches of Cotillo and Corralejo, such as fishing, kite surf, wind surf and diving.
In the village of La Oliva, there are many cultural activities like La Cilla, Villa de Los Artistas, El Museo de Mane or La Casa De Los Coroneles. In Villaverde, 5 minutes away, you can find the Centro de Interpretación if you are interested in knowing how the Canary Islands were formed. Restaurants recommeded include El Horno, El Mahou and Casa Marcos in Villaverde.
