About the property

A spacious family villa with large sun terrace overlooking sea views.

Briefly the accommodation consists of ground floor large spacious lounge with English satellite TV with 32 channels+, open plan dining area, well equipped American style kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, double bedroom and bathroom.

Stairs leading to a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ, and beautiful sea views.

Pushchairs, high chairs and cots are available,these items are include in the rental price.

Shared secure swimming pool with shade within 50m.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

A 20% booking fee is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Our full Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy will be emailed to you prior to any payment been made.

There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 30 minute drive away.

Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low cost. Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we are able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers.

Should you be arriving outside shopping hours, awkward times or Spanish bank holidays we are able to arrange the purchase of a welcome pack consisting of essential items waiting for you upon your arrival.

The basic pack costs just 25 euros and consists of: bread, butter, jam, milk, water, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit juice, croissants. Additional items available on request. Should you require the hire of baby equipment we are able to organise this for you.

About Torrevieja, Costa Blanca

Torrevieja is located south of Alicante, and it boasts lots of beaches, a natural park and salt lakes, if you´re lucky you may even see a passing flamingo! A popular place to stay, Torrevieja caters well for tourism, with plenty of activities on offer by day or night. Holiday villas in Torrevieja are widely available for those looking a place in the sun.

Visitor numbers increase greatly during the summer months of July and August, and Easter is another popular time, it’s no wonder the weather in Torrevieja is fantastic! There is a good selection of restaurants and shops galore, Torrevieja is the ideal choice for a fun-packed holiday in the sun.

Torrevieja contributed to the area being named as one of the healthiest places to live in the world by the World Health Organisation. The salt concentration in these large pools draws moisture out of the air and with sunny days and an average temperature of 20 degrees and low annual rainfall the area is ideal for anyone suffering from Asthma, Rheumatism or Arthritis.

Torrevieja is 28 miles south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca with it's fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, here you can enjoy over 300 days of sunshine a year. Torrevieja is a typical Spanish town with it's street markets, and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit every taste. For recreation, relaxation and amusement, amongst many other things, the town has one of the best yacht clubs in spain plus all water sports, 4 championship golf courses within 30 mins drive, a number of go-kart tracks, water park, ten pin bowling, multiscreen cinema and 2 salt lake lagoons which have been turned into nature reserves.

Villa Andscott is located on the outskirts of Torrevieja, close to La Mata beach and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants.

Other attractions Alicante is good for shopping with a beautiful marina, Benidorm approx 1 hr away has the largest water park in Europe & the Terra Mitica theme park for white knucle rides, La Manga famous golf & sports complex is just 30 mins south, Murcia has a stunning cathedral and shops, Cartogena which has naval history and the mountains which can be seen from the outskirts of Torrevieja are all easily accessible with Spains good roads. Villamartin plaza near the golf course is superb for eating & drinking with a wide choice of restaurants and quality shops. The natural salt lakes on the outskirts of nearby.
