About the property

Villa Vista is a bright and contemporary style three bedroom villa which sleeps 6/8 people, with a private garden and swimming pool it is ideal for family and friends to enjoy a relaxing and/or active break. There are typical mountain views of the Sierra del Carrascoy Mountains from our private rear garden.

The villa comes with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

The garden is fully equipped with dining furniture and six sun loungers by the private pool. The terraces, both open and covered, give ample space for everyone. There is a built-in BBQ, located under the roofed terrace between the kitchen and the pool, and two dining areas provide a fantastic opportunity to enjoy 'alfresco' dining most of the year. There is parking space for three cars on the drive to the front of the villa.

The living area is large, bright and spacious with a beautiful, high-vaulted ceiling. This is furnished to a very high standard for up to six people, with leather sofas, chairs and cushions. There is a large flat screen TV, with English channels via satellite, and a DVD player. A large dining table seating six also provides ample space for the cooler days when you might want to enjoy a meal inside, maybe Christmas dinner!

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, whether you are looking to prepare BBQ’s, simple meals or something more exotic. All the equipment is of a very high standard (Bosch) including a full oven and hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and an American style fridge/freezer providing ample space for food storage as well as cold water/ice dispenser on demand. The utility area contains a sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The three bedrooms are tastefully furnished with the main bedroom having en-suite facilities. All three bedrooms have comfortable twin beds, with the master bedroom having the facility to zip the mattresses together to make a super-king size, making it ideal for golfers, families or couples. Built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets provide ample storage for all your holiday needs. All bedrooms have air conditioning and central heating for the winter months.

The en-suite bathroom has twin wash basins, jacuzzi bath with shower, toilet and bidet. The shower room has a large screened shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.

The villa is all on one level allowing easy access for small children. Wheelchair users need to be aware that there are two wide steps to the front door.

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all.

San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive.
Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive.
Murcia City is 15 min drive.
Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
