Villa Valparaiso is set in the hills between Macher and La Asomada with outstanding 180 degree views of Fuerteventura and Puerto del Carmen.
The villa is set in a large mature garden. The villa has undergone extensive refurbishment over the last few years to provide excellent well appointed accommodation. It comprises five bedrooms, four ensuite and one family bathroom.
There is a large luxury well equipped kitchen which includes an American fridge freezer and dishwasher. The dining room seats eight and the lounge has a bar area. The family/TV room has a DVD with a large collection of DVDs. The villa comes with a full Sky package including BBC and ITV. The utility room/second kitchen includes an American laundry machine. The games room has a full sized table tennis table.
There is a large heated swimming pool, sun terraces and barbeque area.
Entry to the property is via an electric gate.

The Canarian village of La Asomada is a 10-minute drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its' beaches and wide range of shops and restaurants. The village has a small supermarket, which is very close to hand. Further shopping facilities are available in the nearby town of Tias, which is the local parish capital.
Local bus service from end of road every hour to Asomada, Tias and Puerto del Carmen. Costa Teguise and Playa Blanca is a forty minute drive. Puerto del Carmen ten minutes drive. The Capital of Lanzarote, Arrecife, is a twenty minutes drive. Taxis are reasonably priced to all parts of the island.
We have a Spar supermarket a five minute drive and a garage with shop five minute drive.
There are several restaurants and social clubs within a five minutes drive our favorite for special ocassions is the Cabana Restaurant a five minute drive.
