Villa Summer is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom frontline golf villa. A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop.
The house sleeps up to 8 persons and features a master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. Second double bedroom with twin beds. Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Second bathroom. All linen and towels are provided not beach or pool towels. High chair and travel cot is available.
Lounge area with seating for 6 including one double sofa bed. Dining with seating for 6. Flatscreen TV and DVD player, British satellite TV and open fireplace.
The kitchen is fitted out with a microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer with water dispenser and icemaker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Full compliment dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots. Baby high-chair and children’s dining set. Utility room includes washing machine, drying rack and iron with ironing board.
Outside facilities include a private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6. Sofa and coffee table. Fully secure and enclosed garden. Safety fence around the pool.
Polaris offers discounted golf for clients of this villa, and this includes other courses at Mar Menor and La Torre (and others being completed in the near future).
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.

“The villa was wonderful and we had a fantastic time at El Valle. The Villa was perfect for families and the safety fence around the pool was essential with 2 little 2 year olds running about. Also the villa is in an excellent position for days out e.g. Terra Natura with easy access to the Motorways and so close to the Airport.”
