This attractive new apartment has been built in a distinctly Andalucian style on a beautiful new enclosed residential complex with controlled access in Vera on the Costa de Almeria.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite.
The lounge/diner is very comfortably furnished with television, Sky, Playstation 1 & 2, DVD and hi-fi. The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine etc. There is air-conditioning and central heating.
Patio doors lead from the lounge on to a terrace area which has a table and 4 chairs and a small BBQ which overlooks the pool.

Costa de Almeria is on the South East of Spain and is one of the warmest and driest areas of the Country with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year.
The blue flag beach of Vera Playa is just 5 mins by car. There are 7km of golden sands with life guards and beach bars stretching along Garrucha and Mojacar. The picturesque village of Mojacar Puebla with its whitewashed houses and narrow cobbled streets is about a 10 minute drive away.
Golf - the apartment is located within a short drive of Desert Springs, Marina Golf Mojacar, Valle de Este and Cortijo Grande.
Skiing - the Sierra Nevada ski resort is 2 hours by car.
Supermarket 5 min, Water sports (5 min), water park, Go carting, horse riding, diving, fishing, cycling, walking, good nightlife, great restaurants, historic/archeological sites, Spanish markets, bars, cafes, shops, National Park.

“Had a great stay in May and the weather was wonderfull. The property is nice and clean and modern enough. It has two bedrooms one double and one twin, the twin is quite small but you dont spend a lot of time indoors. Ideal place for a family or couple. The complex surrounding is all very smart and colourfull and always kept clean. There are two good size pools so you dont ever feel to cramp with other holiday makers. You would need a car to stay here as you need to be able to drive to the local supermarket and beaches etc I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a nice and peacefull or entertaining holiday its all available within the area.
