Casa Mila is a luxury detached villa set 20 metres from the sea in the delightful fishing village of Punta Mujeres . A private heated pool. hot tub and four bicycles (two x adults, two x children) are provided to enhance your holiday. The sea views from the villa are stunning, and rock pool exploration, fishing and snorkelling can be enjoyed within yards of the house.
On the ground floor there is a new apple-wood kitchen with granite worktops, very well equipped and including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, food processor and juicer. The dining area leads off and seats six, and the living area has comfortable sofas, flat screen television with satellite channels, DVD and CD players and a log effect fire for your comfort in cooler months. The separate family room can be used as additional living space or as a fourth bedroom for children, and it is furnished with a large sofa bed, a Playstation2, second flat screen television and video player. The sea views from the dining, living and family rooms are wonderful. There is also a downstairs shower room with a generous shower cubicle.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning which can cool or heat the room. One room has a king size bed and there are also two twin bedrooms, all with ample storage. Linen, bath towels and bath robes for adults are supplied. The view from these bedrooms lifts the soul, and the sound of the sea through the open windows is amazing. A variety of bird life can be observed on the rocky seashore (three spoonbills in March). There are two modern bathrooms on this floor, one with a Darryl walk-in shower cubicle and the other with a corner bath with shower over.
Outside is a heated pool, maintained at around 30 degrees, with chlorine-free water quality treatment. Pool towels are provided. A six person hot tub adds another dimension to your enjoyment: imagine relaxing beneath the stars, glass of wine in hand, listening to the sea. Pure indulgence! There is a teak dining table seating eight under a covered pergola for al fresco dining, together with a gas barbecue. The pool terrace is supplied with six sun loungers with mattresses and a sun umbrella.
The cost of living can be more reasonable in this part of the island, away from the main tourist resorts - live like a local, shop where the locals shop and eat out where the locals eat! In addition, to make your budget stretch even further, we provide a welcome pack on arrival (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, ham, cheese, jam and orange juice) and also three locally purchased, freshly frozen fresh meat packs per booking.

If you are seeking a more authentic Lanzarote then Punta Mujeres could well be for you! It is a working village of great charm with a maze of narrow streets and a distinctly Spanish feel. The village has restaurants, tapas bars, a bakery and small supermarkets and David in the small local restaurant next door speaks excellent English and is very welcoming.
Several natural seawater swimming pools are set in the rocks around the village, and in summer these are enjoyed by everyone from great-grandmothers to small children.
Punta Mujeres is a world apart from the more commercialised resorts and the senery of the north is dramatic and beautiful. There are sandy beaches within a few minute's drive and there are several more restaurants in Arrieta. a pleasant 10 minute walk away along the seafront. The golf course, aqua park, Caesar Manrique Foundation, Jameos del Agua and the ferry from Orzola to La Graciosa are all within easy reach, and the resort of Costa Teguise is about 15 minutes drive away, as are the lovely old towns of Haria and Teguise. There is scuba diving in Arrieta, a surfing break at Orzola, and windsurfing near Jameos del Agua.

wonderfull villa, very relaxing, in pool every day - infact it was difficult to get family to go anywhere.
ate out & used BBQ.
Biggest problem - We had to leave & go home.”
