Do you want a relaxing holiday with sun-soaked, lazy days on the beach or in the pool, romantic evenings dining at the local restaurants before strolling back to watch the sunset whilst sipping champagne on the balcony?
Or are you more of a party animal? If so then the hot spots of Benalmadena and Fuengirola, just a short ride away by train, bus or taxi, will be perfect for you. There you can mix with the throngs of holidaymakers and locals, enjoy the bars, cafes and restaurants. Dance the night away in the nightclubs and discotheques. Make new friends, find romance...who knows?
This holiday offers you the best of both worlds.
A well proportioned self contained studio apartment situated in the peaceful, residential urbanisation of Torremuelle, approximately half way between the towns of Benalmadena and Fuengirola. Torremuelle has a large community swimming pool and tennis/paddel courts set in parkland within easy walking distance. There is a tranquil safe beach, large Kwik Save supermarket, bars, restaurants, bus stop and train station all within a five minute walk.
The apartment is in the grounds of a private villa but has its own separate entrance. The facilities of the villa are not included in the rental.
It is ideal as a base for a golfing holiday, being surrounded by fabulous golf courses. It can be used as a base to explore the rural parts of Spain and the magnificent city of Malaga is just a short train ride away.
Suitable for 2 people. The living kitchen area has air- conditioning/heating if required. There is a sofa, chair, coffee table, Sky television, DVD/CD player and a VHS player.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, fridge, 2 ring electric hob, microwave and a Belling grill/oven. It is equipped with all the necessary pans, cutlery and crockery.
In the bedroom area are 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe and dressing table. The large bathroom has a separate shower, bath, sink and wc. For your convenience all bedding and towels are provided, including beach towels.
Outside there is a south west facing terrace to include 2 sun loungers, dining table with 2 chairs and 2 reclining chairs. A fabulous place to end the day, sipping wine whilst watching the sunset!
There is an iron, ironing board, clothes horse and a hair-dryer. A cool-box and 2 beach mats are provided for days at the beach and packed lunches can be ordered in advance.
To help you settle in we provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk. A bottle of Bubbly can also be found ready chilled in the fridge!

Payment can be made in either Sterling or Euros and must include any bank charges (Please email for information).
If air-conditioning or heating are required please add 15%.
£100 non-returnable deposit will secure dates, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £50 security deposit is also required returnable after satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Benalmadena is divided into three areas. Benalmadena Pueblo, a beautiful Andalucian village with narrow streets of whitewashed houses with flowers covering the balconies. Arroyo de la Miel, a small but modern and fashionable town of shops and businesses popular with tourists. Benalmadena Costa, with a 9km long beach and a 2km long promenade.
The beautiful Puerto Marina with over 1000 moorings has twice been awarded Best Marina in the World. It has a new shopping centre plus 200 shops, bars and restaurants and also a shipyard, sailing school, diving school, nautical school and a Sea Life Centre.
Parque de la Paloma features a large lake with a fountain and waterfall with ducks, swans and other water fowl and landscaped gardens with enclosures for a variety of animals and birds. Rabbits and other wildlife roam free. The large Cactus Garden displays cacti from all over the world.
If it's culture you are after, Castile Bil Bil is an amazing Arabic building with a series of fountains outside, which houses exhibitions and concerts hosted by the Town Hall. Benalmadena Auditorium was opened in 2003 with a recital by Jose Carerras. Many famous people have played here and the open air concerts are not to be missed. Casa de la Cultura has exhibitions and concerts throughout the year.
There is a thriving nightlife for younger people or choose to go to the 5* Torrequebrada Hotel which houses the resort's only casino and a spectacular cabaret show.
With Tivoli World, open air markets, the cable car, the Dolphinarium and many other attractions, Benalmadena has something for everyone, be it old or young!
The local area has many attractions for all ages. There are clean beaches, numerous golf courses and the usual cafes, bars and restaurants. Within easy walking distance are several chiringuitos; these are situated on the beach and renowned for their fish dishes. The paella served by the Viborilla is second to none! If you want more than eating and sun-bathing then there are a wide range of activities and days out. To include; the renowned Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Marina (boasting the only Penguinariam in Europe) with Dolphin shows daily, the Crocodile Park, mini Golf, Sealife Centre,and Tivoli Theme Park. Paloma Park is lovely for a stroll and picnic - everything a park should be.
In the area there is horseriding, mountain bike hire, sailing, scuba-diving and more. For the more relaxed, there are day trips to charming whitewashed mountainside villages, shopping in Gibraltar, and various trips with wine and sherry tasting. With the local train station a mere 5 minute walk away more adventurous trips can be planned.
