Villa Pargo is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, on a spacious plot, with large private pool 8 x 4m approx within 15 minutes walk of the restaurants and bars of La Torre town centre.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, integrated oven and hob.
2 twin ensuite bedrooms on the upper floor. 1 twin bedroom plus family bathroom on the lower floor. Sleeps 6. All bed linen and towels includes except beach towels.
Lounge with satellite TV, dining table and seating for 6. Fully air-conditioned and central heating for the winter months.
Outside sees a private pool, 6 sun loungers and a rooftop solarium.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of (no membership payable, but green fees must be paid) not only La Torre's 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.
There are 14 swimming pools, as well as tennis courts.The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including:

There is also an on-site Supermarket with home delivery service, it is a lovely supermarket that stocks all the necessary supplies, Spanish and English and is surprisingly not overpriced.
