About the property

Pool view apartment. This apartment is available for rent to other owners who require accommodation at Hacienda Riquelme while completing or furnishing your own property. For this reason we have arranged a special fixed price package which includes up to 7 nights accommodation, cleaning and linen and a meet & greet service on your arrival.

The apartment is located on phase 1, overlooking the 17th fairway and enjoys a picturesque view over the adjacent pool complex.

Cleaning and linen included, price includes meet & greet on arrival, up to 50 English language TV channels.

Staying at the property entitles you to reduced green fees at Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course, La Torre Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course and Mar Menor Golf Course. In high season, Polaris World provide free shuttle service between all the resorts.

The property is situated only 15 minutes drive from Murcia airport. Our representative will meet you at the resort or we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport at a reasonable cost.

Prices are per week and include cleaning, bedding, towels and a welcome pack. Shorter lettings will be considered. Please contact for price.

Your holiday property is secured with a £150 deposit, which will be used as a security bond and returned to you as soon as the property has been checked following your departure. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences.

Guests are met by our agents at the resort entrance and shown to the property where an explanation of all the main facilities is given. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The house is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you enjoy a pleasurable stay. All of these services are included in the cost of your apartment rental. Additional maid service can be arranged locally.

A ‘Guide to the Area’ is left at the property providing you with information on the resort, golf, places of interests, shopping facilities and local restaurants.

This stunning property is set within the luxurious 5 * Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Murcia Spain with 24 hour security/CCTV. La Torre is a luxury golf resort with an excellent 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, Temporary Club House and Pro Shop plus practice facilities.

Stay at our property and benefit from reduced rates of golf and priority tee times on La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme. As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players. We recommend you take your handicap certificate as proof of handicap and in high season we suggest you pre book your tee times.

Hacienda Riquelme is one of four resorts and as a guest on Hacienda you may use all the facilities, including the golf courses on all the other resorts. Free transportation on luxury coaches are provided between the resorts.
