Villa Bonita is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the peaceful residential area of Cap D'Artruix in Cala n Bosch. This is a stunning 3 bedroom villa with modern furnishings throughout, all arranged on one level.
It has an open plan lounge/dining room with flat screen 28" TV with full satellite service (all English sky channels), DVD player, Playstation 2 & games.
The kitchen is fully equiped with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There is a dining area for 6 people and french windows leading onto the terrace.
The master bedroom has a double bed with full en-suite bathroom and there are 2 further twin bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes, fans and a separate main bathroom.
Very suitable for families as it is set in a private enclosed garden which is not overlooked by any nearby villas. It has a kidney shaped swimming pool measuring 4.5m x 8m with roman steps, and outside shower and built-in barbeque. There is outside garden furniture and sunbeds for 6 people.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for 2008. The price stated is for the villa and up to 6 people, a fold out bed can be made available for a 7th person if required at a cost of £50 per week. A cot can also be made available at a cost of £20 per week.

About Calan Bosch, Menorca
This resort is probably one of the most fashionable places on the island and it’s only approx 9km south of Ciutadella. The marina with it’s trendy bars and restaurants dominate this area, making it ideal if you´re looking for lively entertainment in the evenings. Close by the resort of Son Xoriguer has two large beaches offering everything from pedaloes to scuba-diving courses. The mini-train runs to and from Son Xoriguer during the day. The main shopping area is around the north end of the marina; here you will find a good range of shops to browse through and pick up and few souvenirs along the way. If you don’t have a hire car, there is a regular bus service to Ciutadella each day allowing you to explore further a field.
Owner's Tips...
Villa Bonita is 5 minutes walk away from a commercial centre which has a few bars, restaurants, supermarkets, play area, etc.
The main centre of Cala n Bosch is just 1400m away (15min walk) and is centred around a pretty marina where there is an extensive selection of shops, bars and restaurants all set around the marina. There are bouncy castles parks, a water park, arcades, go-kart track and many other attractions for children.
Cala n Bosch beach is next to the marina and is a shallow, gently shelving sandy cove that's perfect for children. The bigger beach of Son Xoriguer is also within walking distance and there's a great selection of water sports available there.
A local bus service runs to the beach and resort regularly and is within walking distance from the villa and as the local transport is very good in the resort car hire is not essential.
