About the property

Casa Eva is a beautiful villa furnished to the highest standard with fabulous taste.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite.

The light airy lounge is furnished with a mix of contemporary furniture and traditional wood and local artefacts which makes for a very luxurious feel. Suspended from the peaked ceiling is an original venetian glass chandelier!

The kitchen has all the usual mod cons, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Even the crockery is 'Jasper Conran wedgwood' - everything that has gone into this Villa is to the highest standard for the discerning customer.

The washing machine is downstairs in the utility room.

The 3 bedrooms have luxury linen and all have fully fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool/terrace area.

Both bathrooms are tiled in marble through out.

The shaded Alfresco dining area has a large marble table which seats up to 10 people where you can enjoy a BBQ whilst watching the sun set over the horizon. There is a further dining table and chairs for those who like to dine in the sunshine.

The 8x4m pool is electrically heated with a salt chlorinator which is great for skin conditions and softer on the skin. 6 sun loungers with cushions have been provided for relaxing by the pool and admiring the Volcano and the sea views!!

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
