About the property

Casa Lauren is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa situated 250m from the Marina in Playa Blanca. Ideal for those who do not want to bother to hire a car as bars and restaurants are an easy walk away.

The villa is furnished to a high standard with a heated pool, satellite SKY TV and air conditioning.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the two further bedrooms have twin beds and access to the family bathroom and there is a further shower room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.

There is a separate air conditioned kids play room with sofa, TV, DVD player and Playstation to keep the young ones occupied!

Outside you will find the heated pool and patio with sun loungers with comfy cushions for relaxing whilst enjoying an alfresco meal from the BBQ.

Playa Dorada beach is a 5 min stroll and Playa Blanca Village is only a 10 min walk away so an ideal location for all facilities but still within a quiet area and the benefit of a luxury villa with everything you could want for a fabulous holiday.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
