This very private family villa is in an ideal location situated within walking distance of the beaches at Papagayo and the up market Marina Rubicon with its abundance of shops, bars and restaurants overlooking all the luxury boats.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite and has been fitted out to a high standard.
The fully equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The cozy comfortable lounge diner has a flat screen TV with satellite, a DVD and CD player.
The pool is electrically heated and the patio area is very private with high walls ideal for relaxing on the comfy cushioned sun loungers with a large glass of wine and the chef manning the BBQ.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
