About the property
This ground floor apartment is located on a small complex, 5 minutes walk from the seafront and 10-15 minutes away from the main shopping and restaurant areas. There is a large & stunning communial pool which is to be heated from October 2008). It is very quiet and has a relaxing and sociable ambience. Particularly suited to any age seeking a quiet, relaxing getaway or young families wanting to avoid the herd and package tours.
The interior is finished to a high standard. So whether you want to laze in the sun or be more active this complex is an ideal place to stay.
Bedroom 1 has a superkingsize bed, security safe. Bedoom 2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe, mirror above dressing table/chest drawers and are fully air-conditioned.
The living room has a large sofa and easy chair with coffee tables, satellite TV, DVD and CD/radio system. The breakfast bar divides the living room from the kitchen and is and is stocked with crockery and cutlery, & also equipped with a 4 ring hob, full size oven, extractor fan, microwave cooker, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster & not forgeting a full size washing machine & air-conditioning.
Patio doors lead from the living room to a sun terrace with a drinks table and chairs. The view from the terrace overlooks the swimming pool which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sun loungers. The terrace is separated one from the other by dividing walls, which provide greater privacy. The apartment has a private entrance and a small garden. On-site car parking is provided.
We want you to be & feel safe & would confirm that we have provided 2 ea. smoke alarms, 1 ea. fire blanket & 1 ea. fire extinguisher. The apartment exterior walls & roofs (mostly) are constructed of concrete, the electrics have been checked & we have no gas on site at all.
Linen and towels are provided. It is usually possible to arrange a late checkout on the day of departure, please enquire. You will need to provide your own beach towels.

About Corralejo, Fuerteventura
Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, Corralejo is where it’s at. People come from afar to view the rolling sand dunes and magnificent beaches. Whilst in the town centre there is a large surplus of hotels and restaurants to choose from.
Owner's Tips...
You will find an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants which lead through the music square and on to the harbour which looks across the other side of town and the sand dunes. Windsurfing and kite surfing are very popular. There are many idyllic beaches to explore. The perfect place to relax.
Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere yet caters for all ages and there's a wide variety of things to do, from watersports, tennis, glass bottom boat trips, ferry trips to Lanzarote, jeep safaris, island tours, mountainbiking, motorbike tours etc. Corralejo also offers a wide variety of excellent bars and restaurants there's plenty on offer to keep you well entertained.
