In a tranquil street right in the old heart of Pollensa town, minutes from the Plaça Major and in the Calvario, this authentic town house is ideal for those who like to enjoy the authentic Mallorca, smart dining, family friendly restaurants and delicatessens with everything you ever wanted on your doorstep and yet, still have the beaches close by.

Rooftop views of the old town, nearby monastery, coast and mountains. Recently refurnished. Large open plan sitting room with fireplace leading onto dining room where 12 are easily accommodated round a banquet size table. Six comfortable bedrooms & five bathrooms. Two kitchens, breakfast room, very attractive internal courtyard, further upstairs living room leading onto outside terrace. The rooftop swimming pool is 6m x 4m. The roof top area surrounding the pool is on three levels with decking and there is a large outside dining area. All bathrooms completely modernised in 2007.

The ground floorhas a spacious living room with chimney leading onto a comfortable dining area which gives onto a small interior patio, cloakroom, large breakfast area with a circular table and fully equipped kitchen ( fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher). Laundry room with washing machine with exit onto the street.

Midfloor/upperfloor, the layout here is on different levels, two or three steps which lead up and down. The steps leading up to your right, go up to a small living room, with fantastic views, a kitchenette, with fridge, sink and oven, that leads onto the terrace with BBQ and dining area, rectangular swimming pool and sun terrace. The steps leading down, take you to a shower room, double bedroom and twin bedroom. Further down to the left, there is a shower room, a small twin bedroom, a spacious double bedroom, with living area and ensuite shower room, and a single bedroom.

The steps leading up to your left, take you to the master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and separate shower and toilet.

Air-conditioning and heating throughout, satellite TV, DVD, Bose CD. The swimming pool is 6 x 4m.

No arden but has a large roof terrace with fantastic views of the mountains, Puig Maria and Pollensa town and a covered dining area. Portable barbecue.
