About the property

A traditional farmhouse with private pool just renovated to high standard, situated in the village of San Lluis. It has off-street parking, it enjoys a private pool surrounded by a large terrace & large garden.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins, sleeping a maximum of 8 people. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 are ensuite plus there's 1 shower room. Linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Fully equipped kitchen that includes a cooker, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, iron, kettle, microwave, toaster & washing machine.

The lounge and dining areas have ample seating plus a CD player, log fire and television.

Beautiful garden with a wide range of Mediterranean plants and surrounded by dry stone walls, a large patio area, a private 10m x 5m swimming pool, lots of outdoor furniture and sun beds, barbecue.

A car is essential to enjoy the full beauty of Menorca. We can arrange car hire and welcome food pack if required.

About Sant Lluis, Menorca

You will always know when you enter this town, as the first thing you see is “Moli de Dalt”, which is a large blue and white windmill. These days the windmill has been turned into a museum that show implements the farmers of old used to work with. The town itself was named after Louis IX and the large whitewashed church is dedicated to him. The town has managed to retain it’s own identity, despite being an extended suburb of Mahon. By staying here you can ensure a laid back atmosphere in this pretty town.

Owner's Tips...

San Lluis is the local town with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Local beaches are only 5/10 minutes drive away and range from sandy beaches to rocky coves. San Lluis is 2km away has a restored windmill, shops and restaurants and a sports centre.

Es Castell (Villa Carlos) is 2.5 km away and the beautiful Cala Fonts with restaurants surrounding the pretty bay.

Mahon the capital of Menorca is 5km away and has lots of shops, restaurants and the second largest natural harbour in the world (after Pearl Harbour).

Beautiful beaches of Alcafar and Binibeca are just 10 minutes drive and the wonderfully picturesque inlet of Cala Rafalet is an easy 30 minute walk through beautiful countryside.

Nice golf course 30 minutes drive away in Son Parc.

Trebaluger (5 min drive) has a wonderful local family supermarket known all over the island for it's meats and cheese. A large chain supermarket and garage are 5 minutes drive from the villa. San Lluis has some wonderful restaurants (where the locals go), banks and a small range of shops.
